- Chicken breasts
- 1/2 c Kosher salt
- 2 T pepper
- 1/4 c Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 T crumbled oregano
- 1 T cumin
- 1 T cayenne pepper
Combine spices for rub; store tightly in cool, dry, dark place.
Sprinkle on both sides of chicken; grill.
