Guacamole

  • 3-4 large avocados, mashed to desired consistency
  • Lime juice
  • 3 T fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of cayenne
Combine avocados, lime juice, onion, cilantro, tomato, and garlic in a bowl.

Season with salt and cayenne.

Chill for at least one hour prior to serving with tortilla chips.
