- Endives
- Goat cheese
- Mandarin oranges
- Candied pecans/walnuts
- Balsamic glaze
Separate endives into individual layers and place open side up.
Place crumbled goat cheese in endive "boat" and top with one mandarin orange and candied pecans/walnuts.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
