Endives with Goat Cheese and Candied Pecans

  • Endives
  • Goat cheese
  • Mandarin oranges
  • Candied pecans/walnuts
  • Balsamic glaze
Separate endives into individual layers and place open side up.

Place crumbled goat cheese in endive "boat" and top with one mandarin orange and candied pecans/walnuts.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
