Troy's Dip

  • 16 oz Swiss cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chopped scallions
  • Splash of Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to the consistency of a thick dip (so all cheese is covered with mayonnaise). Season to desired spiciness with Tabasco.

Serve with Wheat Thins.
